About the Role We’re seeking a passionate Allied Health Practitioner to join our small, supportive team in Dalby or Goondiwindi. Here’s what sets you apart: You bring a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (AHPRA or AASW), paired with a genuine passion for helping vulnerable and marginalised communities Skilled in assessments, evidence-based treatment planning, and risk management, you’re committed to ethical, client-centred care You thrive in a team environment but are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and LGBTIQ individuals is highly regarded A current Australian driver’s licence and local knowledge of services will help you hit the ground running In this role, you’ll deliver brief, evidence-based psychological interventions - up to 10 sessions per client - focused on recovery, resilience, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering tailored therapy sessions for a range of mental health concerns Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed Collaborating with other professionals and referring clients to additional services Managing clinical risk with care and professionalism Why Work for Lives Lived Well?
