Our goal is to work together to achieve together by using our resources wisely. The Role We're looking for dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our welcoming 87-bed facility in Kempsey, NSW. If you enjoy providing person-centred care and thrive in a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you. We currently have a variety of shift options available, with a strong demand for night shift team members — perfect for those who prefer quieter hours and more one-on-one time with residents. We offer flexible employment arrangements, including both permanent and casual positions, as well as opportunities across day, afternoon, and night shifts. It is essential that you understand residential aged care environment and standards and have a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents. We have a range of shifts available, however, flexibility is ideal to enable us to provide the 24/7 support to residents. What you will do The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring: Positive resident experience through resident-first approach Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences. Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts A collaborative, team approach Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly Feedback and incidents are reported Safe, high quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards What you will bring Minimum Cert III in Aged Care Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients Hold and maintain a NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Interested?
