The Opportunity: Join our Marketing team as the Email Marketing Specialist, where you’ll craft and optimise personalised email campaigns that strengthen customer connections and drive both online and in-store sales. Working closely with teams across Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandise, and Sales, you’ll use data-driven insights to deliver engaging, targeted, and timely communications that reflect the e&s brand and values. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of three days in the office and two from home each week. Key Responsibilities: Develop, schedule and execute email campaigns that align with business goals and marketing activity. Create clear, engaging email content and ensure consistency with brand tone and visual identity. Use data and segmentation to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns. Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics and share insights to optimise results. Maintain accurate and compliant customer data. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing initiatives effectively. Skills & Knowledge: Experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Dot Digital, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and building triggered email campaigns. Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including deliverability, segmentation, personalisation and automation best practices Proficiency in analysing email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimising campaigns based on data insights. Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail in crafting engaging and relevant email copy. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritising deadlines and stakeholder requests. Familiarity with basic design principles to create visually appealing email content (preferred but not essential). Experience: 3 years of experience in email marketing, developing campaign strategies and managing content calendars. Proven experience in customer segmentation and personalisation to drive engagement. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Adaptable with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Bonus: Experience with automation tools and knowledge of the appliance retail industry.
