Our fleet forms the foundation of our operations. We’re looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee our national fleet operations and drive innovation, compliance, safety and performance. About the Role As Fleet Manager, you’ll be responsible for the procurement, maintenance, safety, and compliance of Nationwide Groups fleet. You’ll lead a team and ensure all our vehicles and equipment are always operational and aligned with our standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires both operational expertise and the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team. Key responsibilities & Qualifications Oversee full fleet operations, licensing/compliance, offer after-hours support Manage third-party repairs, review invoices, and deliver monthly operational reporting.
