About your opportunity: In this position you will Manage the admission / discharge services for the Sub Acute Care Unit (SACU) Allied Health team, sourcing and retrieving patient information.in a timely and efficient manner. Work autonomously, using discretion in the absence of decision makers in resolution of conflict, meet deadlines and establishing work priorities. Communicate with medical officers and other staff to ensure accurate admission/ discharge information for EDS documentation, MDT, and readmission patient lists.
