About you: In your new role you will: Commensurate with level of experience, apply independent professional judgement to clinical decision making, using evidence-based practice and initiate contact with senior staff for guidance in managing complex cases when required. Provide and maintain safe, ethical, equitable and efficient physiotherapy services through quality improvement activities including the development, adaptation, implementation and evaluation of clinical practices, procedures, and protocols. Deliver an efficient and effective physiotherapy service through day-to-day planning, service prioritisation, demand management, administration, and resource management. Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities, including effective risk management, to enhance the delivery of a safe and efficient physiotherapy and allied health services.
