The Perks Top tier developers, high quality product, strong pipeline Generous base salary - up to $120K package commissions- OTE $160k Significant marketing budgets to generate strong, consistent lead flow Supportive leadership and a team culture that values contribution and mutual success Well-structured systems and processes to ensure fair lead distribution and maximum efficiency Database of over 800 agencies to tap into Mentorship from industry leaders The Position This role would essentially be that of a Relationship Manager, managing the external agent relationships and driving sales: Build and manage strong relationships with external sales agents (channel partners) Present new developments to the channel network, highlighting key selling points Drive off-the-plan property sales through third-party channels Track and report on agent performance, sales results, and project uptake Act as the key liaison between developers, internal sales teams, and external agents Provide ongoing project updates, pricing changes, and availability to agent networks Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives Gather market feedback from agents to inform project positioning and strategy Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in a fast-moving space The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Project Sales Assistant will have: Proven experience in project sales, ideally within the property development or off-the-plan sector Strong account and relationship management skills, with the ability to nurture and grow agent and channel partner networks Mandarin/Cantonese language skills highly regarded - ability to engage effectively with a wider client and channel base (not essential but advantageous) Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Exceptional work ethic, self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets and KPIs Polished and professional presentation, representing the brand with confidence and credibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders Deep understanding of the property sales cycle, from lead generation to settlement Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with internal marketing, development, and sales teams Boston Projects has exclusively appointed P3 Recruitment to manage this recruitment process.
