About the Role We’re on the lookout for a forward-thinking Data & Analytics Lead who’s ready to do more than just manage data - you’ll be the driving force behind turning it into real business impact. About You You’re not just a data expert - you’re a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and someone who knows how to bring people along on the journey. Here’s what you’ll bring: A big-picture mindset with the ability to align data strategy to business goals. A passion for improving customer outcomes through smart, data-driven insights. Confidence working with execs, tech teams, and stakeholders across the business. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern analytics tools. A track record of building effective data governance frameworks and boosting data literacy. Leadership experience in data and analytics, ideally within a large or complex organisation. Experience designing or migrating data solutions to cloud environments. A degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field—or equivalent experience. Experience working in the energy or utilities sector is desirable.
