This role is central to keeping our assets compliant, reliable and well managed, while supporting a collaborative, professional and customer-focused culture. Key responsibilities: The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Develop plans, matrices and processes to manage facilities management obligations across more than 500 leases. Undertake regular inspections to assess asset condition, identify maintenance needs and support renewal planning. Coordinate maintenance with the Faults Management team, contractors and the Property team, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with tenants. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants on facilities, property and lease-related matters. Support tenant-initiated facility improvements, endorse permit applications and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Review tenant development designs for maintenance implications and contribute to budget planning. Represent the asset owner during project delivery, including documentation reviews and construction handover. Support the development of capital renewal plans and business case funding papers. Process monthly maintenance costs and ensure spend aligns with approved budgets. The successful candidate will have: Experience in business, property or asset management, facilities management or operations. Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, asset management or similar (desired). Experience developing long-term tenant relationships and negotiating positive outcomes. Knowledge of property practices and principles (advantageous). Strong business planning and financial skills, including budgeting and business case development. Ability to work effectively with a small internal team and manage large teams of external facilities providers. Understanding of cost management, asset renewal planning, risk management and relevant OHS and environmental obligations. Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
