Disability Support Worker – Community Access (Eastern Suburbs & Rockdale) Set Shifts | Community Access Are you ready to spend your week helping people get out into the community, build skills, and have fun? We’re looking for an energetic, supportive team member to join our Social & Community Access services across the Eastern Suburbs and Rockdale! About the Role You’ll be supporting adults living with disability to get out, get active, and engage socially through: Community access and social participation Skill building and goal-focused activities Prompting daily living skills Documentation and following support plans Supporting clients with behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support strategies This role offers consistent shifts with the possibility of picking up additional hours across other services. Regular Shifts Saturday & Sunday – Social groups (times vary) Tuesday & Wednesday – 7:00am–9:00am Wednesday – 3:00pm–6:00pm A great balance of early starts, active weekends, and purposeful mid-week support. We’re Looking For Experience in community access or disability support Confidence supporting behaviours of concern and following behaviour support plans A positive attitude, reliability, and great communication Someone who can drive to multiple locations A team player who loves making a difference You’ll Need NDIS Worker Check & WWCC First Aid & CPR Driver’s licence Ability to follow support plans & complete documentation What’s In It For You Salary packaging (boost your take-home pay!)
