What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same — you’ll be our boots-on-the-ground expert: Breakdown repairs, scheduled servicing & preventative maintenance Diagnosing and resolving hydraulic, mechanical & electrical faults Maintaining both underground and surface mining equipment Ensuring equipment reliability to maximise operational uptime Working closely with site supervisors & teams to deliver results Completing accurate documentation & maintaining compliance Always operating with safety as the number one priority What You Bring Mechanical Trade Qualification — Diesel or Light Vehicle Experience working on mobile plant — underground experience highly regarded Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work Strong fault-finding skills and pride in high-quality workmanship RII DES certifications, CP Status or underground exposure (desirable) A customer-focused, professional, safety-first mindset Willingness to travel C Class Driver’s Licence If you’re coming from a workshop or surface mine and want to step into underground field service — we’ll support you to get there.
