Reporting to the R&D Heat Pump Program Manager, this role offers the opportunity to shape products that make a real impact on energy efficiency and sustainability. Duties include: Lead product development projects Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with Marketing to define product requirements and specifications. Design, build, test, and evaluate prototypes, releasing drawings for new and modified designs. Ensure compliance with standards, approvals, and evolving regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain design documentation including technical specs, drawings, test reports, and bills of material. Support Operations to reduce production costs and improve reliability, quality, and performance. Assist Marketing with product manuals, installation instructions, and data sheets. Represent R&D on cross‑functional project teams. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Mechanical Engineering degree or refrigeration trade with design experience Skilled in 3D CAD and MS Project Experienced in heat pump, air conditioning, or refrigeration design Strong project planning and management abilities A team player with clear communication skills Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and efficiency Ambitious and ready to grow within the organisation If you meet the requirements, we would love to hear from you – APPLY NOW.
