OVERVIEW: Our client is a privately owned multi disciplinary property group that covers commercial property, hospitality and high end retirement. Due to an exciting growth period, they are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing, people-first culture. Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll partner on all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from talent, engagement, and performance, to capability development and organisational change. This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes pride in creating meaningful employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to deliver effective people strategies aligned to business goals. Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning. Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and team culture. Support leadership capability through coaching, feedback, and development programs. Lead or contribute to key P&C projects such as policy development, DE&I, and change initiatives. Analyse people metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. CRITERIA: Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor. Strong understanding of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial environment Collaborative, solutions-focused, and passionate about helping people thrive.
