The Role With continued growth, the firm is looking for an experienced administrator to support daily operations and work closely with Directors and Senior Management. This role is suited to someone who enjoys process improvement, team collaboration, and ensuring that day-to-day administrative tasks run smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a primary contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service. Supporting Directors with administrative tasks and workflow management. Identifying and implementing process improvements within the Client Services team. Assisting with training and development to ensure team members are well-supported. Monitoring workflow and team capacity to maintain efficiency. Overseeing ATO and ASIC lodgements, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Managing correspondence and communications, prioritising effectively. The Candidate You'll bring public practice experience in Client Services or Administration, combined with: Previous administration experience in an accounting or professional services environment Confidence with compliance support tasks including ATO and ASIC lodgements, BAS/IAS tracking, and client file management Experience with platforms like Xero (preferred), MYOB, APS, HandiSoft, Class Super, or BGL will be highly regarded Demonstrated ability to improve processes and challenge traditional methods Strong communication skills with focus on clarity and efficiency Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities and adaptability to new technologies Exceptional attention to detail balanced with practical commercial sense Ability to manage competing priorities independently without constant oversight Collaborative approach focused on outcomes rather than hours at desk A proactive, detail-oriented approach with genuine interest in process improvement Additional Opportunities Alongside this position, I am currently engaged on a number of assignments across the accounting and financial services sector.
