About the Role You will play a key role in supporting both the Human Resources and Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) functions within the organisation. This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with people across the business , support teams, and make a real impact on both our people and safety culture. Key responsibilities include: Human Resources: Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records. Support HR initiatives, policies, and documentation across the business. Coordinate training, performance reviews, and professional development activities. Support managers with HR-related queries and general people-focused initiatives HSEQ: Maintain and update HSEQ policies, procedures, and documentation. Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting. Drive continuous improvement in safety and quality practices across the business. About you Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (will be highly regarded). Previous experience in a combined HR/HSEQ or similar coordination role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
