About the Role: You’ll work under the Support Services Manager, overseeing the day-to-day coordination of a technical support team. The role focuses on ensuring tickets are managed efficiently, SLAs are met and communication with clients and vendors remains clear and proactive. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee helpdesk operations, balancing workloads and priorities across the team Track and report on SLAs, escalating issues where needed Liaise with clients and vendors on ticket progress and resolution Support team reviews, timesheets and regular meetings Prepare documentation and reporting for management and stakeholders Manage after-hours roster coordination and team communication Motivate and support the team to maintain service quality and best practices Key Outcomes & Measures: SLA targets consistently achieved Balanced team workloads and smooth coordination High client satisfaction and effective issue resolution About You: You’re organised, confident and proactive; someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You have strong coordination skills, a solid technical understanding and the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Experience in customer service coordination or service delivery support Sound understanding of ITIL processes, with experience managing SLAs and service processes Strong stakeholder communication and organisational skills Ability to work with and coordinate technical teams Bonus Points For: Exposure to ERP systems - Pronto experience would be great to have Experience within mining or similar industries Why Join?
