About the Role: This is a hands-on position suited to someone with solid food and beverage experience who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of daily service. Your duties will include: General bar and bistro service Preparing and serving drinks Taking customer orders and assisting with table service Restocking fridges and maintaining stock levels Light cleaning and setup before opening (bar, bistro, public areas) Supporting the team with daily tasks as required Gaming or public area cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
