We’re seeking a Site Manager to lead delivery of a $26M food processing facility — a project that will set new standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing safety compliance on a $26M new build food processing facility, working closely with project team to identify risks, implement procedures, and maintain a positive safety culture. This role is ideal for an experienced HSE professional seeking while making a tangible impact. Salary will be in line with experience – you can expect figures of 160K - 180K super Key Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety inductions Review and update safety documentation and procedures Support project teams in hazard identification and risk mitigation Investigate incidents and maintain accurate reporting records Promote a proactive safety culture across the project About You Proven experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role within commercial construction Strong understanding of NSW WHS regulations and best practice Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites or projects Excellent communication and reporting skills Relevant safety qualifications (Cert IV in WHS or equivalent) Why People Join?
