They’re looking for a Site Manager to oversee the construction of a $26M food processing facility near Homebush — a standout project focused on excellence in safety, quality, and performance. The Role As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, leading a collaborative site team and overseeing all site-based activity, ensuring timelines, safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate site operations to meet programme and project milestones Hand over a fully functional facility Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all trades Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors Monitor project progress, manage site documentation and reporting Mentor junior team members and foster a strong team culture What’s on Offer Salary: $230K – $250K (commensurate with experience) 5 days a week site with rotating Saturday work when required Collaborative team culture and well-structured office support What You’ll Need Carpentry Trade background or building qualification (preferred) Proven experience independently delivering multiple industrial or food processing facilities valued upwards of $20M Strong planning, buildability, and subcontractor management skills Ability to foster stakeholder relationships and lead cohesive teams High attention to detail, especially with safety, systems, and programme Competent with digital site systems Why People Join?
