About You Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent. 3 years’ experience in a civil construction environment, preferably in estimating or project engineering. Proficiency in take‑off, cost planning, and estimating methodologies. Experience preparing tenders, supplier/subcontractor enquiries, BOQs, or cost models. Strong commercial awareness and risk‑identification skills. Excellent communication, numeracy, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Familiarity with estimating software or advanced Excel is a plus. About the Role Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for civil infrastructure projects. Review contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and value‑adding improvements. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to get competitive pricing and maintain good relationships. Develop project schedules, program inputs, and construction plans.
