This is an opportunity to work with a leading Construction team, overseeing a diverse range of projects covering minor works through to D&C projects with well recognised developers. Duties & Responsibilities; As the lead Site Manager you will oversee all day to day functions on-site including but not limited to; Managing WHS & QA practices, including on-site inductions Leading & Coaching personnel, including subcontractors Coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure budget and program expectations are met Scheduling delivery of materials and coordinating with relevant trades Program planning and forward thinking Your experience; To be successful within this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar capacity, additionally have the following qualifications and skills, Relevant trade qualifications and ideally Builders licence Demonstrated knowledge as the lead Site Manager on complex Commercial or Residential projects, ideally new builds Ability to solve problems Effective communication skills both written and verbal Willing to undergo police checks and medicals Please apply online with your current CV outlining project knowledge or call Mel Evans for a confidential chat on, 0401 858 458.
