The RoleReporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to your team while managing day-to-day operations including planning, rostering, and maintenance execution. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a high-performance, safety-focused culture aligned with Sanitarium’s values. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of trades employees, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture. Plan and execute preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives. Maintain equipment performance to meet industry and site standards. Manage team rosters and weekly payroll. Support strategic planning and contribute to long-term maintenance strategies. Champion continuous improvement and root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and environmental standards. What You’ll Bring Formal Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification. Experience in FMCG maintenance with a reliability focus. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
