We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Public Sector ( Recovre ) team in Perth on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer service to both external clients and internal stakeholders. You will support consultants and managers to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring timely communication and smooth office operations. We will count on you to: Customer Service – External Customers: Develop and grow strong relationships with external customers Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team through process and efficiency enhancements Understand Recovre’s range of services to support the business effectively Customer Service – Internal Customers / Support to Consultants and Managers: Assist consultants and managers in delivering excellent service to customers and generating repeat business Identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer service File and Document Management: Assist with consultant case activities such as funding requests where appropriate Ensure efficient document management including file creation, storage, archiving, and retrieval Produce relevant documentation through typing and word processing as requested General Office Administration: Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and support staff productivity Manage invoices including equipment, supplier, and contractor invoices related to procurement Report Generation: Generate reports for customers and internal use, including outcomes, productivity, BI tool data, and Workcover/Insurer statistics Review reports to maintain a high level of customer service, such as monitoring unallocated cases Project and Specific Task Management: Undertake project work as assigned by the Team Leader and state/regional manager, e.g., case management system rollouts What you need to have: Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, however not essential.
