Job Description This position is similar to that of a call centre, and includes providing front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students, delivering high-quality face-to-face and phone services. As part of our front-line team, take a high volume of phone calls each day, alternating with taking face-to-face enquires at the front counter and responding to emails. About you You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with exceptional customer service skills who has worked in a busy and fast paced customer service environment. You have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-level customer service and the ability to multi-task and provide accurate advice in a busy environment. You have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience working with students in a tertiary environment or a call centre will be highly regarded, but it is not compulsory! Salary & Benefits This is a continuing HEW 4 level position with a base salary range $73,623 - $77,680 per annum 17% superannuation. You will primarily be based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations
