The role: Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support services to aid the delivery of projects to clients and support the development of operations and processes. Duties included but are not limited to: Providing administration support to the State Manager, project managers and wider team, including efficient and accurate data entry of customer and financial data, preparation of documents, presentations, submissions and management reports Assist with Inductions for new employees Attending meetings as required, including minute-taking and distribution Liaising with accounts to manage invoicing and financial forecasting Managing communications via email and phone Greeting and directing visitors Adhoc administration duties as required The person : 2 years of experience in administration will be highly regarded Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc).
