We are seeking a personable, empathetic, and customer experience-driven Sales Account Concierge to will play a vital role in delivering a positive and supportive experience for individuals and families in our aged care and retirement living communities. This is a full time 12 month contract based in Bronte and Edgecliff NSW on a hybrid working arrangement. About The Role: As a key member of the national Sales Team, your focus will be on enhancing the resident experience and driving the uplift of High Everyday Living Fees (HELF) and optional services.
