We’re currently seeking experienced Water Cart Operators to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible construction sites. The Role As a Water Cart Operator at Rokon, you’ll be at the heart of our site operations, ensuring dust suppression, soil compaction, and overall site safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Operating water carts safely and efficiently across active construction sites Managing water distribution for dust control and compaction Performing daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance Following site safety protocols and traffic management plans Working closely with site teams to optimise water usage Experience working with road crews ideally What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience operating water carts in a civil construction environment A valid HR Driver’s Licence and Water Cart Ticket (essential) White Card (OH&S Induction) Solid understanding of safety and environmental standards A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and clear communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Why Rokon?
