Description Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.As HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering core HR services and supporting strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Compensation & Benefits Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and local regulations. Provide guidance to employees on benefits and payroll-related queries. Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive culture. Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Training & Development Coordinate training programs to build skills and support career growth. Monitor completion rates and evaluate program effectiveness. Employee Relations & Compliance Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations and continuous improvement. Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-4 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to commit 3 days a week Having full-right to work in Australia Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from $95000 to $ 98,000 AUD.
