We are the largest team in the organisation. The Customer Service team is responsible for consistent and outstanding service across all customer touchpoints. About the Position We are currently seeking a passionate individual to lead and support our Visitor Experience team in the Car Park delivering outstanding customer service to our visitors and to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the car park. Casual position, band 3.1 $39.93 per hour plus 25% casual loading. Your Skills and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to form and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders Understanding of current technology and operating systems, and ability to learn and apply new technology within a reasonable timeframe Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting customer service teams to deliver results Significant experience in delivering exceptional customer service Experience at working under pressure and conflict resolution Experience with technical car park applications well regarded In this role you will be required to work daytimes, evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will also be required to at times work in underground, dark and outdoor environments.
