THE ROLE In this integral position, you’ll manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation. You’ll handle complex calculations, including allowances, leave, overtime, redundancies, and superannuation payments. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you’ll also provide timely payroll reports and respond to a variety of employee queries. DUTIES Maintain accurate employee payroll records in line with legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements Process payroll adjustments including allowances, overtime, penalty rates, and deductions Perform manual calculations and integrations across systems, including ETPs and redundancies Manage superannuation payments, including self-managed funds Administer overpayment recovery processes and year-to-date adjustments Prepare payroll reports and respond to internal queries in a timely and professional manner Stay updated on changes to taxation, superannuation, and employment legislation Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act requirements and internal policies SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You’ll bring 2–3 years of payroll processing experience. You’re detail-oriented, thrive under deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
