We're looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts & Administration Assistant to support financial processing, general administration duties for our client in Mansfield! Job Description: Process accounts receivable & payable Enter invoices, payments, and complete reconciliations Answer incoming calls and shared email enquiries /assist with quotes, small orders and customer information Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reporting Assist with audits, filing documentation and CRM updates Follow up overdue accounts Manage office supplies, records and general admin duties Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts/Administration - Preferred but not Essential Strong Microsoft Office Skills Current Drivers Licence & vehicle - Required Demonstrated experience with ERP systems High Attention to detail & accuracy If you have the required skills are seeking a long-term administrative position, we love to hear from you!
