With a strong pipeline of secured work across Queensland (including North Brisbane) and South Australia , we are seeking skilled and experienced Pipelayers/Drainers to join our team on a full-time basis. Locations North Brisbane, QLD Opportunities also available across South Australia Key Responsibilities Install stormwater, sewer, and water infrastructure on civil projects Set levels using string lines and laser levels for pipe grade and alignment Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Use hand tools for trenching, leveling, and pipe placement Measure, cut, and resize pipes with precision Identify and resolve site issues such as underground obstructions Operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers, dump trucks) where licensed Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality assurance standards Mandatory Skills & Experience Trade qualification in Civil Construction Pipe Laying or Plumbing & Draining Minimum 2 years’ experience in pipelaying or drainage on civil projects Valid White Card (Construction Induction) High Risk Work Licences (Confined Space Entry, Dogging) Proficiency with string lines and laser levels Strong ability to use hand tools and assist with heavy equipment Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints Sound mathematical and measurement skills High level of physical fitness for demanding site conditions Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable personal transport Why Join ROBAR Civil?
