The Role: As an SMSF Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Associate Director. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of two accountants, managing a ledger comprising approximately 200 SMSFs, and maintaining seamless communication with external auditors. This position is client-facing, requiring you to develop and nurture a strong relationship with our clientele. Additionally, you will provide essential technical advice to support the broader team. Ideal candidate: 4 years of experience as a SMSF specialist or an SMSF focus in a broader business services role. Proficiency in completing and reviewing SMSF accounts and tax returns to a high standard for director signoff. Experience using BGL360 software. CA and SPAA qualifications preferred.
