About the Roles We are recruiting for both Assistant Manager and Department Manager positions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You Will Do Lead and motivate a large, diverse team across busy trade periods. Manage stock flow, VM execution, replenishment and daily operational standards. Drive sales performance through coaching, KPIs and strong floor presence. Support opening and closing routines, roster planning and performance follow-up.
