About the Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic and complex projects within Victoria University’s Digital and Campus Services Department. Managing projects from feasibility to final implementation, you will ensure alignment with the University’s strategic objectives while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Managing project risks, governance, and compliance while ensuring best practices in project execution. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business representatives, academics, students, vendors, and external partners. Overseeing project budgets, reporting on progress, and ensuring financial accountability. Preparing high-quality project reports, governance papers, and stakeholder presentations. Providing leadership, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to project teams. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project management methodologies. About You: You are an experienced project management professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-value, complex projects in large organisations. Your strong relationship management skills enable you to engage with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and foster effective collaborations. You possess exceptional problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate competing priorities. Your expertise in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and financial oversight ensures that projects meet quality standards and strategic objectives. PRINCE2 or Agile Framework qualifications, along with experience in IT infrastructure or software development projects, will be highly regarded.
