The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance officer to join our clients finance team. Looking for a more junior candidate that has 2-5 years' experience in finance. Key Responsibilities Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including invoice processing and payments. Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations. Assist with month-end closing tasks and reconciliations. Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial documentation, reports, and analysis. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions. Process subcontractor payments and manage supplier documentation. Assist with monthly settlements, account reconciliations, and reporting schedules. Provide administrative and accounting support across daily finance functions. Personal Attributes Reliable, proactive, and organised. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented, with a hands-on attitude. Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
