The Opportunity Reporting into the CFO, the role will consist of: Lead and inspire a medium to large sized team, both onshore and offshore. Drive alignment and process improvement across multiple business units. Oversee AP, AR, and Credit Recovery through established team leaders. Champion automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and optimise offshoring partnerships to ensure performance, quality, and cultural alignment. Lead change management initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Collaborate closely with finance and business leaders to deliver best-practice shared services outcomes. Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation. About You Proven leadership experience in a large, complex, and fast-paced organisation — ideally within FMCG or a similar sector. Deep understanding of shared services best practices, coupled with the resilience and pragmatism to thrive in an “imperfect but high-growth” environment. Experience leading geographically dispersed and offshored teams. Strong focus on process optimisation, automation, and technology-driven improvement. Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence with a collaborative, direct leadership style.
