Job Description: Painting Trades Worker

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and washing as necessary.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and ensure consistent application.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Inspect and assess completed work for quality and conformity with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other tradespersons to complete projects on time.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship to meet client expectations and project goals.
Essential Qualifications:
- No specific educational qualifications are required; experience in the field is valued.
- Proven experience in painting, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and tools.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a painting trades worker or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
