Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage printing machinery to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal printing conditions.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
- Monitor printing processes to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain records of production, including quantities and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating printing machinery (specifications not defined).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or printing environments.
- Familiarity with digital and offset printing processes is a plus.
- Experience working with various types of printing materials and inks.
Salary:
- Salary: $74,000 - $85,000 AUD annually.
