This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aurion Payroll professional to contribute to a key system implementation project. You'll play a central role in configuring and integrating the Aurion Payroll system, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms and supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities · Lead configuration, testing, and validation of Aurion Payroll system integration with HRIS platforms. · Design and delivery of bespoke Aurion Payroll and HR reports to meet operational and compliance needs. · Provide training and coaching to internal teams to build capability and support transition to business-as-usual operations. · Act as backup for payroll execution during the transition period. · Assist with legacy system offboarding, including data extraction and retention. · Support post-implementation activities including troubleshooting and process optimization. · Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure compliance and system efficiency. · Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials. Skills & Experience Required · Must have experience with Aurion Payroll system configuration and administration. · Experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob (Desirable). · Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Information Systems. · Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance. · Experience in system implementation, upgrades, or transitions. · Excellent communication and training skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative project environment. · High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
