This is a hands-on, systems-focused finance role where structure, accuracy, and ownership are key. Manage AR and AP functions, ensuring accuracy and strong cashflow. Manage reconciliations, reporting, and compliance Maintain finance schedules, fixed assets, and insurance records. Support the new ERP implementation — testing, data migration, and SOP documentation. Partner with Operations, Projects, and Sales to align costs and billing accuracy. About You 5 years in a Senior Assistant Accountant or Financial Accountant role. Strong technical accounting across AP, AR, journals, and reporting. Advanced Excel and Xero skills; ERP/automation experience.
