A leading organisation is embarking on a large-scale separation program involving complex data, systems, and organisational change activities. This multi-year transformation spans several business and technology streams and requires experienced Program Managers to help drive delivery across critical work areas. Duration: Initial nine month contract with view to extend. Location: Sydney (hybrid model, three days in office). Key Responsibilities: Oversee frameworks and obligations between separated entities. Lead workstreams covering core business functions such as Finance, HR, and Risk. Coordinate initiatives to ensure readiness and regulatory alignment through all phases of separation. Drive planning, rehearsals, and execution to ensure smooth transition on key milestone dates. About You: Previous experience within the financial services sector (required) Strong background in leading large, complex transformation or separation programs. Experience working across multiple business and technology streams. Proven ability to deliver within highly governed, fast-paced environments. Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
