The Role We're seeking an experienced Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in non-financial risk and conduct risk surveillance . You will shape the next phase of the program, lead requirements, support the RFP/RFQ process, and help define the strategic direction for future surveillance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis across conduct risk, e-Comms, audio, trade surveillance, and related NFR domains Drive the RFP/RFQ process, including requirements definition, evaluation criteria, vendor assessment, and documentation Engage with the market to understand vendor capabilities and emerging trends Facilitate workshops with Compliance, Risk, Surveillance, Front Office, and Technology stakeholders Identify gaps in current surveillance systems and processes, and define future-state requirements Contribute to the strategic roadmap for NFR and conduct risk technologies Support business case development for investment and program uplift Prepare analysis, options papers, recommendations, and decision-support materials Required Experience Senior BA or BA/PO hybrid background Strong experience in Non-Financial Risk and conduct risk Hands-on exposure to e-communications, audio, and/or trade surveillance Experience working with or evaluating surveillance vendors/products Proven experience in RFP/RFQ processes for technology solutions Strong ability to assess vendor capability and ask the right questions Understanding of conduct risk frameworks, surveillance operating models, and regulatory expectations Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in large financial institutions or regulated environments Nice to Have Experience with Tier 1 surveillance platforms (Behavox, NICE, Verint, SteelEye, Relativity Trace, etc.) Exposure to operational risk, compliance, or broader NFR uplift programs Experience developing strategic roadmaps or business cases Knowledge of data governance, retention, and supervision models Why Apply?
