We are seeking an experienced Supervisor SMP to join our team on a newly awarded project in the Pilbara. This will be a full-time opportunity on a 2:1 roster, mobilising to site early December with 4-5 months duration and the opportunity to transfer across to other upcoming projects. The Role: Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the work crew. Review work packaging and detailed planning. Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities. Coordinate work crew plant, equipment, and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets, safely. Promote, conduct, and amend risk assessments to identify, highlight and implement mitigation strategies, as required. Support, coach and effectively communicate with team members to ensure consistent dealings with work crews in all areas including performance and other matters as they arise, to ensure timely, fair and acceptable issue resolution and team harmony. Build professional and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You: Trade qualification in related discipline. A minimum 4 years industry experience in a supervisory role. A proven track record in effective health and safety management. Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements. Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
