The Role Hands on project management in a lean environment, your role is to implement the new ITSM software (not yet chosen), migrating from an existing system at end of life. Used for incidents and assets, you will work closely with the implementation partner as well as internal staff. This is a 6 month initial contract, starting in January 2026, with potential to extend. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in Project Management of large, complex ITSM software Proven ability to deliver projects in a lean environment involving vendor management and matrix internal resources Experience with Portfolio tools such as Planview for status reporting Financial Management and resource planning experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, both tech & business Tertiary Qualifications in IT or other relevant discipline is advantageous Industry Certifications, including Prince2 or similar, are also an advantage but not mandatory Interested?
