As we continue to grow, we’re searching for an Enrolments Advisor who not only understands families’ needs, but can confidently sell the value of our centres and reassure parents they’re making the best decision for their child. The Opportunity As our Enrolments Advisor, you’ll be the warm and knowledgeable first point of contact for families exploring Mini Masterminds. This role requires the ability to influence parent decisions , highlight what makes our services exceptional, and communicate our brand promise with confidence and clarity . You will guide families through the enrolment journey while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and assured that Mini Masterminds is the right place for their children to learn and grow. You’ll also play a critical role in supporting occupancy by building trust, nurturing relationships, and expertly converting enquiries into enrolments. What You’ll Be Doing Managing all enrolment enquiries, applications, and waitlists Guiding families through the enrolment process with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Clearly communicating the Mini Masterminds difference and positioning our centres as the best choice for early learning Building strong relationships with families and understanding their needs and concerns Supporting occupancy goals by effectively selling the brand and converting leads into confirmed enrolments Collaborating with Centre Directors and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality enrolment experiences Maintaining accurate enrolment records and contributing to reporting Continuously identifying opportunities to elevate the family experience What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience—preferably in education, childcare, or service-based industries (all sales backgrounds considered) Minimum three years’ experience in sales, enrolments, or customer service A confident communicator who can sell, influence, and reassure families Strong ability to articulate benefits, handle objections, and highlight what makes Mini Masterminds exceptional Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building capability Proficiency with childcare management systems, Knowledge of childcare regulations and enrolment processes (highly regarded) High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Why Join Mini Masterminds?
