About the Role Reporting to the District Business Manager, you will work proactively within the District Support Team at the Ballarat district office. Working closely with our volunteer members and acting as a key team member to the district, your shared responsibilities will include front line customer service, office reception duties, processing accounts, stores and procurement tasks, office administration, data entry and management, support for meetings and projects, email and diary coordination and other relevant tasks as required. About You You will be motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated administration experience, excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You will have experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner. Important to this role will be your MS Office knowledge and your written and verbal communications skills. Experience working in the public sector and using SAP finance systems is advantageous. Please note, some after-hours' work is required for this role.
