The team is small, supportive, and values both professionalism and a sense of humour. The Role As Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales and admin teams. With training and support, you’ll handle data entry, accounts receivable and payable, and general office duties. We value team players who are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers. If you’re keen to learn, we’re happy to train you and this role would be well suited to individuals who've had some administration experience and looking to build on this. This role will commence on a contract and transition to a permanent role after 4 months. Duties Enter daily invoicing and reconcile stock counts Cross-check and process accounts payable/receivable Reconcile livestock data and assist with costing Answer phones, direct calls, and manage filing Support the team with general administration tasks Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident with numbers and data entry Organised, reliable, and a team player Comfortable with computers (Excel skills highly regarded) Culture Our office is friendly, balanced, and supportive, with a mix of male and female staff.
