For more information please visit www.statetrustees.com.au About the Team A core service of State Trustees is protecting the financial and legal interests of thousands of Victorians who are unable to manage their own affairs because of mental illness, injury or disability. The Legal Support team manages the legal and complex issues for clients who no longer have the capacity to manage their own affairs, where a legal, complex or highly sensitive matter requires resolution. Core issues include the management and resolution of alleged financial elder abuse, crimes compensation, TAC and TFM claims, family law matters and property disputes. About the Role As a Personal Financial Consultant, you will be supporting a portfolio of clients who no longer have capacity to manage their own affairs where legal and other sensitive matters require resolution. You will have direct client impact and provide support to the clients whilst working closely with Senior Legal Consultants to assist them with financial administration support.
