Location: Tottenham VIC 3012 Start Timeframe: Flexible Business Type: NDIS - Disability Support Provider Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing community-based behaviour support to NDIS participants. You’ll conduct functional assessments, craft and lodge interim and comprehensive PBSPs via PRODA, and train staff and carers in their implementation. By monitoring outcomes, refining strategies to minimise restrictive practices, and producing clear reports for plan reviews, you’ll build each participant’s capacity while upholding NDIS quality standards.
